Datenschutz beginnt mit der Minimierung der erfassten Daten (Datenvermeidung und Datensparsamkeit). Qualisys erhebt daher weniger Daten und analysiert Ihre Nutzung unserer Webangebote in geringerem Maß als allgemein üblich, muss aber zur Aufdeckung illegaler Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit die Nutzung seiner Webangebote protokollieren und speichert daher Sitzungsverläufe in Form von Server-Logdateien und ggf. Cookies. Wir geben diese Daten nicht an Dritte weiter und verarbeiten sie nach den Vorgaben der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO), des deutschen Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) und des deutschen Telemediengesetzes (TMG). Insbesondere verknüpfen wir diese Daten nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung mit persönlichen Daten.

Bei der Registrierung für die Nutzung unserer personalisierten Leistungen werden einige personenbezogene Daten erhoben, wie Name, Anschrift, Kontakt- und Kommunikationsdaten wie Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse. Sind Sie bei uns registriert, können Sie auf Inhalte und Leistungen zugreifen, die wir nur registrierten Nutzern anbieten. Angemeldete Nutzer haben zudem die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf die bei Registrierung angegebenen Daten jederzeit zu ändern oder zu löschen.

Information, deletion, blocking

Our data protection officer will provide you with information free of charge at any time about the personal data we store, as well as the origin, recipient and purpose of data collection and data processing. To ensure that data can be blocked at any time, data is stored in a block file for control purposes. If data is not subject to a legal archiving obligation, we will delete your data at your request. Amendments to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
