The information provides a common ground for a completed Safety Data Sheet. You require data on which substances are listed in which inventories or regulations? We maintain such inventories. show the marketability of a product. This enables your software to estimate the marketability of a product and to fill fields in section 15 of the Savety Data Sheet automatically. For assuring greater data actuality, we review and revise all Qualisys data as well as the primary sources on a regular basis.

Australia: AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances)
Canada: DSL and NDSL (Canadian Domestic Substances List and Canadian Non-Domestic Substances List)
China: IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances Produced or Imported in China)
Europe: EINECS/ELINCS/NLP (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances, European List of Notified Chemical Substances, No-Longer Polymers list)
Japan: ENCS (Japanese Existing and New Chemical Substances; including MITI numbers)
Korea: KECI (Korean Existing Chemicals List)
New Zealand: NZIoC (New Zealand Inventory of Chemicals)
Philippines: PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances)
Taiwan: TCSI (Taiwan Chemical Substance Inventory)
USA: TSCA and TSCA-HPVC (Toxic Substances Control Act)
Additionally, several further non-binding inventories exist in countries such as Mexico, Thailand and Vietnam. Nevertheless we can offer you detailed information concerning the content of those registers. Also interesting: the Malaysia Inventory EHS is not available for an indefinite period.
Inventories for Particularly Dangerous Chemicals
Substances and chemicals which are classified as particularly dangerous or limited in use are subject to other requirements of marketability. The following lists are available at the moment:
- Europe: Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), Annex XVII
- Philippines: Priority Chemicals, Chemical Control Orders
- USA: Proposition 65
Aditionally we provide IARC (carcinogens, UN list) and water hazard classes according tothe Federal Environmental Agency.
